We are closely listening to your feedbacks and using them to create more flexible policies for you to be able to modify your reservations.
Cancellation fees and change of dates:
Planned travel between 14th of March – 10th of April
All existing direct reservations made before March 14, 2020 that are for arrivals between March 15th and 10th of April, 2020 can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival.
That also includes all non-refundable reservations.
New reservations for future stay between 1st of April – 31st of May 2020:
Any direct reservation you make between March 14, 2020 and April 30, 2020 – for future arrival date between 1st of April – 31st of May 2020.– can be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival. This includes also non-refundable reservations.
Prepaid direct reservations:
Any of the direct prepaid deposits for reservations between March 15th and 10th of April, may be used for a different reservation inside the period of one year.
Online travel agency reservations:
If you’ve made a reservation online via travel agents or online agency as booking.com, Expedia etc, we are kindly advising you to contact them directly for further assistance.
